Step 01

Choose Your Coverage Days

Monday and Tuesday are selected by default since that's your core conference. Add Sunday's welcome event, or adjust the hours on any day, and the totals below update instantly. Photography and video coverage each carry a 3-hour minimum per day booked.

Step 02

Choose Your Coverage Type

IS

Meet Your Videographer: Ives Salbert

Video coverage is handled by Ives Salbert, working alongside Tausha to capture your event. His team brings two shooters with cameras and lenses, plus a dedicated interview lighting kit and audio kit, so every talking-head and session is captured clean and broadcast-ready.

What Ives Will Capture While Filming
  • General highlights and opening remarks
  • A talking-head with your CEO and Founder together, on the value of the event
  • One to two customer talking-heads on the product or the event experience
  • General overall event footage for your website and LinkedIn

The rates below are Ives' cost to come and film each day. Getting the raw footage afterward, or having it edited, is a separate delivery cost, chosen in Step 03. Ives quotes each day as a flat project rate for the call times shown in Step 01 (6–9 PM Sunday, 9 AM–5 PM Monday, 9 AM–1 PM Tuesday); if a call time shifts significantly, his rate may need a quick revisit. The hour adjuster in Step 01 affects Tausha's photography billing only.

Step 03

Choose Your Video Deliverable

This is separate from Ives' cost to film. He can hand off your raw footage as originally planned, or fully edit your three priority pieces for you. Toggle to compare.

The on-site production crew needs parking/valet access and meals for 3 people, provided by Tenet OS across the video shoot days.
