You reach out, pick your date, and secure your spot. No lengthy back-and-forth, no pre-planning calls. Everything you need to know before you arrive is sent straight to your inbox.
Sessions take place at my home studio just outside downtown Franklin, TN. You are guided through every look, every setup, every expression. It is genuinely fun and nothing about it will feel stiff or posed. I review images with you on the spot so you can see what we are getting in real time and leave knowing you nailed it.
You choose your favorites right there during the session, with a proof gallery available if you need more time to decide. Each chosen image is professionally retouched. Natural, polished, and ready to use exactly where you need them.
Your final images arrive in high resolution via a private download gallery, with web-optimized versions included. Everything you need to update your website, LinkedIn, press kit, and social channels without any additional prep work.

How long is a headshot mini session?
Each mini session is 30 minutes long, ensuring we capture the perfect headshot without taking up much of your time.
Where will the headshot session take place?
The sessions are conducted mainly at my home studio or at other studios in the Nashville Metro Area, equipped with professional lighting and backdrops to ensure high-quality results.
What if I don't feel confident in front of the camera?
Feeling unsure in front of the camera is completely normal. These mini sessions are designed to build your confidence fast, with guidance through every look and expression, from confident to candid.

How much does a Nashville headshot mini session cost?
A 30 minute mini session is $325 and includes one professionally retouched image, delivered within 7 business days. Additional retouched images can be added for $275 each.

What is your reschedule and cancellation policy for mini sessions?
I totally understand, life happens! We do offer the ability to reschedule with a few guidelines:
Rescheduling Policy- If you're rescheduling less than 7 days before your session, you will need to pay a new retainer to book a new session.
- Sessions are non-refundable.
- If you no-show or fail to reschedule, your payment will be forfeited.
