Here's the plan we landed on: your personal branding session in the morning, with Scott joining midday for the Letter from the Owners photo and his own headshot update, all timed around your Nashville Business Journal feature. There are location options to choose from below, and everything's split into two invoices just like you asked.

Part One
Your Personal Branding Session
$1,325Session Fee
Up to four hours, hair and makeup included, so you can hand that part off and just focus on the shoot. This is the same session structure we talked through: three to five outfit changes, reviewing images together on my screen as we go, and narrowing down before we move to the next look. This is what reserves your date.
- Professional hair and makeup, built for camera
- Up to 4 hours in studio, 3 to 5 outfit changes
- Live tethered viewing and on-site selection
- My assistant on-site the whole time
Please note: if the day runs longer than four hours, additional time is billed at $300 per hour.
Final images, purchased separately, whenever you're ready. No need to decide today, most clients land somewhere between 10 and 20.

Part Two
The Rainmaker Companies Portion
No added session fee for Scott to join, since it's the same day and (for one of the two paths below) the same location. This covers the co-owner photo for your Letter from the Owners page and Scott's individual headshot update. The banner photo can also serve as your Nashville Business Journal feature image.

Four Paths For The Corporate Portion
You asked to see options, so here's the full lineup. All four give you that established, metropolitan feel that fits working with accounting and law firms, just with different tradeoffs in travel time, feel, and cost.
Option 01
Studio only, using the corner wall setup
My studio has a movable wall with a corner that reads as a real environmental space rather than a flat backdrop. No second location, no added travel time, and no on-location fee. The tradeoff is less of the true downtown skyline feel.

Option 02 · Recommended
Studio, then Pinnacle at Symphony Place
We finish your session at the studio, then head downtown for about an hour. Big windows, clean architectural lines, the same kind of lobby where your MTSU cover was shot. Strong pick for the co-owner photo and for a banner image with real depth behind you.

Option 03
Industrious, The Gulch
Clean glass, hex tile, and warm wood accents, a more designed, contemporary coworking space. Worth knowing upfront: it's a working space, so we're shooting around other people using the room, which can slow things down on a tighter timeline.

Option 04
Harbor and Union
At The Factory, which is about a two minute walk from Westlight Studios, so this is the easiest of the on-location options to fit into the day. Exposed brick, warm wood, and string light detail for a more textured, storied backdrop than the studio alone.

To hold October 26, all that's needed is the $1,325 session fee. This reserves your date and is non-refundable. Everything else, your images and Rainmaker's portion, gets invoiced separately after the session based on what you and Scott select.
