Dropbox Recruitment Campaign | Employer Branding Photography in Nashville
When Dropbox reached out to partner directly on their global Recruitment Campaign, I was genuinely excited. The creative brief centered around something I care deeply about: real people. Not stock models. Not overly polished executives. Their actual employees. The goal was to create Employer Branding Photography that felt fun, approachable, confident, and human. That kind of authenticity is where powerful brand storytelling lives.
As a Nashville Commercial Photographer, I built a full studio inside 1 Hotel Nashville during Dropbox’s annual global meeting and photographed 50 employees in just a 2 to 3 hour production window. With professional hair and makeup touchups by Nissi Lee Beauty and on set digital support from Anthony Romano, we created a seamless, high efficiency production that still felt relaxed and personal. We started with test shots to dial in the visual direction, then adjusted the mood to match each individual’s personality while staying aligned with the creative brief. The result was a Corporate Headshot Campaign that felt elevated, cohesive, and completely authentic.
These portraits were licensed for global advertising use and have since rolled out across Dropbox’s careers homepage, international location pages, and job listings, including technical roles like Software Engineer positions. This was not just headshot photography. This was a Global Commercial Advertising Campaign built to attract world class talent through visual trust and emotional connection. When companies and advertising agencies are looking for Recruitment Campaign Photography that blends strategic production with genuine human energy, this is exactly the kind of work I love creating.
